REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Last Updated: January 1, 2024 We understand that plans change. Here's our policy on cancellations and refunds. 1. CANCELLATION TIMEFRAMES Full Refund (48+ hours before delivery): - Cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time to receive a full refund. - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Partial Refund (24-48 hours before delivery): - Cancel between 24-48 hours before delivery to receive a 50% refund. - Some vendor fees may apply. No Refund (Less than 24 hours): - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for refunds. - Food preparation has typically already begun at this point. 2. HOW TO CANCEL To cancel an order: - Log into your account and navigate to your order - Click "Cancel Order" and confirm your cancellation - Or contact our support team at support@pickey.com 3. ORDER ISSUES Quality Issues: - If you receive an order that doesn't meet quality standards, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. - We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue, which may include a partial or full refund. Missing Items: - Report missing items within 2 hours of delivery. - We will arrange for a refund or redelivery of missing items. Wrong Order: - If you receive the wrong order, contact us immediately. - We will arrange for the correct order to be delivered and refund any price difference. 4. VENDOR-SPECIFIC POLICIES Some vendors may have additional cancellation policies that apply to their orders. These will be displayed during the order process. 5. FORCE MAJEURE In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or refund your order. 6.
